1. Agreement Scope

By engaging Zelovaflux for digital solutions (including custom website development, social media management, brand identity, or video editing), you agree to the terms, timelines, and milestones outlined in this document.

2. Turnaround & Milestone Delivery

We operate on high-velocity sprints:

• Web Landing Pages & Core Platforms: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days following scope approval and initial asset handoff.
• Social Media & Video Production: Content schedules and video cuts are delivered as per the agreed monthly content calendar milestones.
• Revisions: Standard packages include targeted revision rounds to ensure exact brand alignment before final deployment.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon complete settlement of agreed project dues, all handcrafted source code, custom graphics, vector logos, and edited media assets become the exclusive intellectual property of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities & Asset Handoff

Clients agree to provide necessary branding assets, product details, or domain/hosting access in a timely manner. Project timelines begin upon receipt of initial materials.

5. Order Cancellation & Termination

Active orders may be canceled via the Client Dashboard before milestone development begins. Once sprint production commences, compensation corresponds to completed work stages.
